During this time, your performance, punctuality, and attendance will be carefully assessed. This probationary period allows both you and GSS to ensure that the role is a good fit.

Weekly payment via BACS transfer:
Monday - Friday (06:00 - 18:00): £12.25/hour
Monday - Friday (18:00 - 06:00): £14.75/hour
Saturday - Sunday (06:00 - 18:00): £15.15/hour
Saturday - Sunday (18:00 - 06:00): £17.15/hour
UK Bank Holidays: Double time rates apply
Holiday accrues at a rate of 7 minutes per hour worked. You can track your holiday balance using the Hours Tracker tool.
